| Cranial Sacral Techniques
(CST) includes gentle, manual techniques that detect and correct
imbalances or restrictions in the craniosacral system. |
|
|
|
CST is an effective tool to assist patients and clients of all ages with a variety of conditions, including chronic pain and neurological or orthopedic problems. And, because CST encourages the bodys own healing mechanisms, CST is also helpful in relieving the negative effects of stress and improving overall health.
Dont miss this opportunity to learn from a wonderful teacher! Älice is an outstanding clinician who can help you develop your palpation skills so you can better assist clients and patients. During this two-day course you will:
* learn the history of CST;
* gain an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the craniosacral system;
* learn to understand and feel the cranial sacral rhythm;
* perform techniques that will mobilize the extradural system;
* perform techniques that will mobilize the intradural system; and
* learn indications/contraindications for each CST.
