During this two-day course you will:

* experience a variety of stress reduction techniques including biofeedback, meditation, Tai Chi, Yoga, active muscle relaxation, massage, and more;
* perform a stress assessment and use it to develop a stress reduction program targeted to the individual or group;
* understand how nutrition affects your stress level;
* learn how to make stress management a part of an active lifestyle;
* learn strategies to develop and market stress reduction programs to people in your community.
