This new course will help you create wellness programs that target womens special needs at each phase of the life cycle. From the body image problems of young girls to issues surrounding pregnancy to menopause, osteoporosis, and incontinence, women confront a variety of health issues throughout life that are influenced by hormones and age and that affect how we feel, think, and relate to others. |

The good news is that you can make a huge difference in how well you age and how good you feel through an easy, effective, and flexible wellness program that fits your lifestyle and stage in life. Join us for an experiential course that will allow participants to sample Yoga, Tai Chi, a postnatal exercise program, an osteoporosis exercise program, and other wellness activities.
