* CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS (CEUs):
Physical therapists:
All courses are approved by the LSBPTE for PTs and PTAs for 12 hours continuing education (CEU) credit.

Occupational therapists:
All courses are approved by the LBME for OTs and OTAs for 12 hours continuing education (CEU) credit.

Massage therapists:
Massage for Stress Reduction, Cranial Sacral Techniques, Tai Chi, and Stress Reduction courses are approved by the LBMT for LMTs for 12 hours continuing education (CEU) credit.

CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing at least two weeks prior to the course date for tuition refund less $50 administrative fee. After that date, credit will be given toward a future course.

COURSE CANCELLATION: Wellness Therapy Institute, LLC, reserves the right to cancel a course up to two weeks prior to the starting date. In the event of cancellation of course due to unforeseen circumstances, only tuition fees will be refunded. Wellness Therapy Institute, LLC, is NOT responsible for reimbursement of nonrefundable airline tickets.
